Add Zip Tie Slots

A pair of through slots flanking the region center — a zip tie threads down one, under the bridge, up the other. Fails loudly if the pair cannot clear the keepouts.
Usage
Declared in the product YAML — this snippet targets plate_face of adapter_plate_v1,
a region that allows it:
