Add Voronoi Field

Organic voronoi lightening field. The seed is an explicit parameter — the same YAML always yields the same cells. Cells are Lloyd-relaxed, shrunk by half the ligament (webs are a guaranteed minimum, not an accident) and filtered against every keepout before any geometry is cut.

Usage

Declared in the product YAML — this snippet targets plate_face of adapter_plate_v1, a region that allows it:
