Add Strap Slots

A pair of wide through slots in a strap tab — a 15..40 mm webbing/velcro strap threads down one slot, under the strap bar, up the other (wave P2 wearable closure). The slot pair pierces the tab and is guarded against the arm circle: a strap cut can never breach the body cavity. Fails loudly when the tab cannot host the pair.
Usage
Declared in the product YAML — this snippet targets strap_land_left of forearm_cuff_socket_v1,
a region that allows it:
