Add Ribs

ADDITIVE stiffening ribs across the target region's short dimension — the additive half of the modifier kernel. Ribs skip keepouts (a rib over a countersink buries the head) and are verified WELDED by a solid-fraction probe.
Usage
Declared in the product YAML — this snippet targets plate_face of adapter_plate_v1,
a region that allows it:
