Rail Plate Adapter V1

Wave A1 swap driver, payload side: the accessory plate adapter — the same male dovetail foot as the flashlight adapter, carrying a flat plate with a two-hole pattern (action-camera mounts, hooks, LED bars, prop elements bolt onto it). Proof that the cuff socket is a STANDARD: this part and flashlight_adapter_25_v1 are interchangeable on the same cuff, and the cuff YAML never changes.
