Symmetric snap C-clip for pipes, rods and broom handles (wave R3): the retention is the cavity arc wrapping past half a circle, the mouth opens away from the mounting surface, and the mounting beam lives INSIDE the extruded profile with a screw wing each side — a constant-section extrusion printed profile-on-bed, zero overhangs by construction. This is the generic snap clip; the under-desk asymmetric side-hook stays its own family with different physics.
