Camera Rod Clamp Lower V1

Lower half of the split rod clamp for camera / light / mic rigs: the 15 mm rod standard by default, any rod or boom diameter by parameter. Same split-clamp law as the branch clamp — the saddle center sits compression_gap/2 beyond the mating plane, so the bolted pair always squeezes the rod and never closes a loose hole around it. Recessed TPU pad lands grip the rod without marring; heatset bolt columns in the wings receive the upper half; the cord slots take a safety lanyard.
