Branch Clamp Upper V1

Biomorphic pack Bio-1 (docs/BIOMORPHIC.md): upper half of the split branch clamp, modeled MATING-FACE-DOWN (mating plane at v=0, so the assembly poses it with rotate [0,0,0] and the male dovetail rail points up). Same constant-YZ-section discipline as the lower half: open saddle with its center compression_gap/2 beyond the mating plane, one recessed TPU pad land at the apex (three-point contact with the lower pair), four counterbored M4 bolt holes through the wings, a straight axial cable channel above the saddle (open both ends — a lamp cable runs along the branch axis), and a REAL dovetail rail (trapezoid in the section, top wider than root) that accessories slide onto. Two blind rail_fix heatset pockets enter from the rail top and must never reach the channel — form.clamp_channel_clear measures exactly that. NOTE: this archetype deliberately does NOT subscribe form.cuts_respect_keepouts — the rail_fix bolt-column keepouts intentionally veto FUTURE cuts under the rail, while the builder's own channel predates them and is verified by its dedicated checks (a builder never declares a keepout over an intended cut, so subscribing would fail the builder's own geometry).
